HROC has been taking initiative to pay Health Insurance for vulnerable neighbors in Kimonyi Sector, Musanze District. It started in 2005 with a request of HROC to our partner AGLI (African Great Lakes Initiative), and since then HROC has been paying for more than a hundred people every year.

It’s managed under a good collaboration with the Sector; those people to be supported are chosen by local leaders of Kimonyi Sector, and we pay for them accordingly to that list of people from first category, the most vulnerable group of which the government of Rwanda set based on their life style situations.
